Newspaper Print

So another lazy weekend spent on the couch watching movies and doing my nails :)...

Today I went for some newspaper print nails...

Firstly, get your tools (base coat, top coat, white polish, clear polish, grow potion, cuticle gel, file, brush, tweezers, newspaper and water!) Again use any products you like, I'm a cheap moo so I just use whatever I find on sale :).

Prepare nails as normal (see 1st post)...

Begin with your base coats. Once completely dry, paint all nails white. Allow to dry and if needed paint again to have a thicker coat (again, cheap, you can use a decent polish if you like :p).

Once dry, cut your desired piece of newspaper into small nail sized sections (mine said something about fish fingers on it haaaa)...then hold each section of paper with your tweezers and dip into the water and ensure fully covered. Take your piece of newspaper and put this onto your nail (print side down)...pat down using your fingers and then take your brush and smooth down onto your nail.

After a couple of minutes, take your tweezers again and remove the paper and hey presto! the print has been transferred to your nails!

Repeat on all nails. Once dry, paint over all nails with your top coat...for extra shine, go over nails using a clear polish.

Hope your liked the post and have a fab weekend :)
